What is Thermal Break
Thermal break is a continouos barrier betwen the inside adn out side window frames that prevent conductive thermal energy loss. Standard aluminium is a good conductor of heat and cold meaning that you can lose or gain a great deal of heat trought the frame of the window/door. By adding thermal strip between frames, it will create an insulated barrier within the windows frame, so the entire transferring heat/cold process will stop. Using Double Glazzing system and low E glass will be a magnificent benefit for this thermal break profiles, since the hot and cold temperature will not pass trought the glass or the frame itself. Additional benefits or thermaly broken aluminium windows and doors.

- Modern designed 50mm frame and sash with minimum 1.5mm thickness.
- Designed sash with decline curve.
- Two side continuous EPDM foam rubber seal to increase the water tightness and sound insulation.
- New baseless handle (Milan type).
- Heavy duty friction hinge to accommodate 3,000mm height and 1,000 width.
- Heavy duty hinges to accommodate extra height door and window until 4,000mm height.
- Locking hardwares to tighten the locking system.
- Can Accommodate double glazing and BBG until 35mm thickness.
- Awning window can be made until 2,000mm height and 2,000 width.
