FENSTELA Product Warranty
-Installation Acknowledgement
This is to certify that FENSTELA has successfully completed the installation of aluminium doors and windows at the designated project site with a commitment to high standards of craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail. Each product has been installed in accordance with FENSTELA’s specifications and guidelines to ensure optimal performance, durability, and aesthetic excellence.
-Powder Coating Warranty
FENSTELA proudly extends a 20-year limited warranty for the powder coating finish applied to all aluminium profiles used in our doors and windows. This warranty covers surface finish defects such as cracking, peeling, blistering, and significant discoloration caused by manufacturing or material faults under normal use and environmental exposure.
-System and Hardware Warranty
In addition to the coating warranty, FENSTELA provides a 10-year limited warranty for the entire aluminium door and window system. This includes the structural integrity of the frames and sashes, sealing performance, and all mechanical components such as hinges, locks, rollers, handles, and multipoint locking systems.
-Warranty Terms and Conditions
These warranties are subject to FENSTELA’s terms and conditions. Proper use, professional installation, and regular maintenance are required to keep the warranty valid. Claims will not be accepted if the product has been misused, modified, exposed to severe conditions, or maintained improperly.

-Warranty Limitations
This certificate and the warranty it contains are non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser or project owner named on this document. All warranty claims must be made within the applicable warranty period and must be supported by a valid proof of purchase and installation record.
-Warranty Claim Process
If a defect covered under this warranty arises within the stated period, FENSTELA reserves the right to either repair or replace the affected product or component at our sole discretion. We are committed to supporting our customers and maintaining the quality that defines the FENSTELA name.
